I will be adding information files for you to download. These files will be on a range of topics, anything from biomechanics to cardiac health. The files have a range of formats, some are presented as education lectures on Micosoft PowerPoint, some are PDF research documents and some are Microsoft Excel files. New files will appear as a new post with a link to download them.
